We provide free shipping to Malaysia & Singapore. Upon successful checkout, your order(s) will be processed and dispatched to our courier partner in 1-2 working days. We offer traceable courier services to ensure that your parcel reaches you quickly and safely. Your tracking number will be updated in the email that you have provided.
Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your package within 3 working days. During peak period, please expect to receive your package in 4-6 working days. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control such as shipping delays.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cavilla is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. Order(s) Tracking
Please check the “Order” section in your account. Your order status will be changed upon successful shipping. An email notification with the courier company’s tracking number will be attached.
4. Shipping Address Amendment
Delivery address can be changed if the order(s) has not been shipped. Please whatsapp us at 603-5889 1268 as soon as possible.
We are unable to cancel or return the order once it is paid.
We do not accept any return or exchange with the goods that already been opened and used or not purchased on our official website.
